THEY MADE NO ATTEMPTS TO LET ANY OF THE 60+ PEOPLE IN THAT ROOM KNOW THAT THE QUALITY WAS AWFUL AND THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO TO FIX IT! She had also stated they did not want to restart the movie or interrupt anyone even though you could virtually see nothing. She explained that there was nothing they could have done to fix it and that THIS WAS A CONSTANT ISSUE THEY HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH!!!! She stated that they have been asking the distributor to move it to another theater room. Jessica was rude to all of us who confronted her about the issue, stating we cant get a refund or a new ticket even though about an hour earlier her coworkers had told us we could. We made our way to the concession stand where we are met with Jessica. At this point were all already invested in to this movie, and none of us want to leave in hopes they do fix it soon, so the staff agreed with that point and said we can get a new ticket for a later date after the movie was over.We sit through the rest of the movie and there was never an improvement made. I was told that they were having difficulties hooking up the laptop to adjust the brightness and that I can either get a refund now or get a ticket for a later date. 20 minutes go by, this time I get up and go ask what is going on. After one friend went to go complain about 10 minutes it, the staff had apologized and said they were working on fixing it and it should be back to normal soon.
The brightness of the movie was turned way WAY down, and you could barely make out the silhouettes of the characters on screen. I used to really enjoy coming to the Metro, but the quality and customer care is absolutely garbage now.Myself and 7 other friends went to go watch Solo, the new star wars move today and about a minute into the movie we realized something was really off.
